Here we are in November...

Yesterday was a gorgeous 65 degrees and we spent the afternoon at the horse rescue farm. We cleaned stalls and brushed horses and even got to rid a little.

Today, my dog is asleep at my feet and after I get the roast in the slow-cooker, I'm going to get to work.

So, that is the update!

I'm back to being vertical.

My last entry was in December because sometime over the Holidays, my back 'went out' as they call it.

It was not due to an injury....I guess just from years of mistreatment and carrying around 13 pounds of baby (my beautiful twins) has caught up with me.

Either way, it's good to be vertical again!
